1. Publisher and scope

QOD SPORTS LTD is the developer and legal publisher of Squish & Pack ASMR (com.squishpack.asmr). Our address is King Arthurs Court, Ashford, England, TN27 0JS, United Kingdom. We are the controller for personal information we receive when handling app-support messages, privacy requests and operation of this policy page.

This policy applies specifically to Squish & Pack ASMR. Its public address is tripesims.com/privacy-policy-squish-pack-asmr. Other apps and the travel articles or services on this hosting website have their own policies.

2. Information involved

Gameplay takes place on your device. The game does not send your saves, packing actions, progress or preferences to us or to an online gameplay service. It does not ask you to submit a name, email address, phone number, login, date of birth or player profile.

The game does not access your contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera, location, advertising identifier or payment details. Google Play, your operating system and device providers may independently handle installation, security or platform diagnostics under their own policies; the game contains no remote analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Local game records provide the offline gameplay, rewards and settings you request. Information voluntarily sent to us is used to answer enquiries, investigate a reported issue, respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical website information is used to deliver this policy, diagnose faults and protect the hosting service.

Where UK or European data-protection law applies to information we receive, relevant legal bases include our legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining a secure service, performance of a requested service where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations. If a specific activity relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. A support enquiry does not authorize unrelated marketing.

4. Permissions, vibrations and ASMR audio

The Android app uses VIBRATE for optional tactile feedback. Turn off Gentle vibrations in the game’s sound settings if you prefer. Vibration does not give access to personal information.

The current Android app does not request Internet, camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone or shared-storage access. Its music, ambience and effects are bundled with the game. ASMR playback does not record your microphone or surrounding sound. Quiet mode and volume controls are available in the game’s settings.

Opening this web policy in a browser is separate from offline gameplay. Contacting us or opening an Android System WebView update page involves the selected email, browser or app-store provider and its own practices.

5. Local storage and backup

Progress and preferences are saved in app-private Android SharedPreferences and the game’s local WebView storage. The game does not operate a developer cloud-save or synchronization service. Local game storage is used for continuity, rather than advertising or cross-app tracking.

Android backup is disabled in the app configuration, with backup/transfer exclusions for app-root and preference data. Behavior can vary by device manufacturer, operating-system version and independent migration tools. Check those tools for any separate copies. We cannot remotely retrieve or recover game saves that have never been sent to us.

This standalone policy page uses no advertising or analytics scripts, tracking pixels or tracking cookies. The general Trip eSIMs website may have separate practices, described in its website privacy policy.

6. Advertising, accounts, analytics and purchases

Squish & Pack ASMR has no advertising or advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, remote crash-reporting SDKs, player accounts, social login, online leaderboards or real-money in-app purchases. Game coins and rewards are earned by playing; they are not a payment account or a purchase of real currency.

The game does not sell personal and sensitive app user data, share gameplay records for targeted advertising or build advertising profiles. There is no player account to register or close. The deletion options below address local saves and information you separately send us.

7. Providers, recipients and disclosures

The Android interface libraries and game assets run locally. This policy is hosted on OVHcloud infrastructure, and the published support address uses Google’s Gmail service. Support information is made available only as needed to handle a request and administer the service. We may disclose limited information we actually hold when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims or to protect against abuse. If information is transferred as part of a business reorganization, applicable protections and notice requirements continue to apply.

These disclosures do not give providers access to local gameplay information that the game has not transmitted.

8. International processing

Email, hosting, app-store and device services may process information outside your country. Where restrictions on international transfers apply to information we control, an applicable adequacy decision, appropriate contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism is required. Contact us for information relevant to your communication or request.

9. How long information is kept

• Local game records: remain on your device until removed through app-storage controls, uninstallation or another device action. Separate migration or backup copies, if any, are controlled through the relevant device/provider tools.
• Support and privacy correspondence: is retained for the time needed to answer the request and handle related follow-up, then removed when no longer needed, subject to limited legal, dispute or security-related retention.
• Website request logs: are kept for operational and security purposes and removed when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal requirements or preservation for a specific security incident or claim.

10. Deletion and your controls

To request deletion of support correspondence or other personal information we hold, email janeembreerr858@gmail.com with the subject “Squish & Pack ASMR privacy and deletion request”. Identify the app and the messages or contact address involved. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and explain any lawful retention exception. We cannot remotely erase device-only game saves. Contact the relevant provider separately about information or backup copies that it independently controls.

11. Security

The game uses app-private storage and restricts its embedded game view to bundled assets. It does not operate a remote gameplay endpoint. This policy page is delivered through HTTPS, and access to support correspondence is limited to the relevant purpose.

No device or communication system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and Android System WebView updated, and include only necessary information in support messages.

12. Children’s privacy

The offline game does not require players, including children, to submit personal information. It has no advertising, social messaging, account registration or analytics SDKs. Refer to the app’s Google Play age rating and audience information for the version you use.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent us personal information through support, contact janeembreerr858@gmail.com to ask about or request deletion of that information. Include only enough detail to locate the records.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information we hold, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable information, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We respond within applicable legal time limits and apply proportionate verification. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

14. Changes to this policy

The current policy for Squish & Pack ASMR is available at this URL. If the game’s information handling changes, we will revise this policy and provide any notice, disclosures, permissions or consent choices required before the new processing begins. A possible future feature does not authorize new collection under this policy.
